Bellus installed tile flooring in rooms previously carpeted to match current tile throughout the living area. John came out to match the mortar I currently had. Once tile was installed, it was clear that the mortar did not match the current color. Instead of stopping the process, he told me how I could buy dye to stain the new mortar to match the old. I had a mixed experience with Bellus Flooring. They were friendly and helpful during the quote and installation process. However, there were a few issues with the installation that needed attention. Despite multiple follow-ups, I never received a response to get those issues resolved, which was disappointing.
We recently had flooring done and John was extremely communicative, competitively priced and took images throughout the progress. Important to note, Bellus includes all hidden services in their bid (reinstalling baseboards, toilets, appliances - anything needing to be moved for install. So, be sure to get accurate quotes when shopping. Highly recommend!
I love my high quality floors! The installers were very professional doing a whole house job and keeping cleaned up! I couldn’t have better workers! Management kept me updated on all the details! Highly recommend Bellus Flooring!
