I had a GREAT experience with Bellus from start to finish. We got 3 different quotes to rip out carpet and do wood like tile in two bedrooms. -PRICE. Competitive with everyone but Bellus provided more clarity as to what you were paying for. -COMMUNICATION. Bellus installed tile flooring in rooms previously carpeted to match current tile throughout the living area. John came out to match the mortar I currently had. Once tile was installed, it was clear that the mortar did not match the current color. Instead of stopping the process, he told me how I could buy dye to stain the new mortar to match the old.
