Had an appointment with them at 5.15 this evening for a basic 40minute pedicure. I reached there on time to be told to wait for 5 minutes which I was doing even after 20 minutes. With the ladies there not even bothering to request my patience as am being made to wait without any further communication. At 5.43pm I stood up and walked out and still the ladies were carrying on with their work as if it was usual for a customer to walk out without being serviced. May be it is for them. It is a late review I was there last week to get my Eyebrows done ended up getting waxed aslo. Khushboo was the one taking care of me. She is good and fast at her work. Had a great experience. Funny we share the name.
Charine was amazing! I went to get a haircut and dye my hair yesterday, and she provided exceptional service! Her work was very thorough, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I highly recommend coming here!
Pathetic experience., the person who did waxing and eyebrows had zero experience and terribly pulled the skin and caused bruises. Half the waxing was done using threading
