First time going. The girls did an excellent job. Just what I wanted My hair looks great and toes don great will be returning. 😊
I got a haircut done on Saturday at bellus . Yes, the hairdresser did a good job with haircut. However I had so many issues with the pricing.I got a layer cut which says 45 CAD in the website and a hairwash which is additional 10 CAD. At the end , the hairdresser asked me if I would like to have a blowdry and I did say yes assuming it part of the haircut fee. I has a slow out and it was horrible. My hair was really frizzy and just poorly done. Not sure about other services but if you have an event and need a blow out don’t go there
Had an appointment with them at 5.15 this evening for a basic 40minute pedicure. I reached there on time to be told to wait for 5 minutes which I was doing even after 20 minutes. With the ladies there not even bothering to request my patience as am being made to wait without any further communication. At 5.43pm I stood up and walked out and still the ladies were carrying on with their work as if it was usual for a customer to walk out without being serviced. May be it is for them.
