Called my phone to tell me i was a liar about my evictions and to rub in my face i was denied the apt manager flor is completely and utterly unprofessional

She was explicitly informed to disclose any and all background issues on the application because while our complex does work with people with challenging backgrounds, the information MUST be disclosed on the application or it appears that the applicant is intentionally omitting the information and it seems deceptive. The place isn't the most beautiful, but they took me and my kids when I was struggling. I'm grateful for the 2nd chance...I'll be moving in the next few months, but I've saved some money and improved my credit. Thanks to the staff for believing in me.
I am so appreciative of the staff at Bellum Manor. As most people, I don't have great credit and I have 2 evictions on my background. The staff was so helpful and non-judgemental...I couldn't believe it when I was approved. I am so grateful for a clean place to live and get back on my feet.
