The food was incredible!!! The location is small and the building looks indescript but within those walls, they have created Cajun magic! The folks running are firm believers in southern hospitality and showed us around the facility, while offering samples of nearly everything! We had the sausage, smoked boudin and fried boudin, some of the best in the nation! We will definitely go back when we are in the area!

We just finished up Christmas dinner. The seafood stuffed Tur-Duc-Ken was absolutely amazing! I cooked it on the Traeger at 325° for ~3 hours. What unbelievable flavor..everyone loved it! Can't wait to try the gumbo and pecan pie! We will definitely be ordering again! Thanks!!!
The BEST in Baton Rouge by farrrrrrr!!! �� Eating out yet GREAT Louisiana homemade cooking !!! You can even stock your freezer!!! Everything is sooooooo GOOD I don't where to begin with suggestions . The only suggestion I have is if you go with someone choose different things so you can taste more� #samplesaretheGREATEST
