Airbnb was very nice
I spoke to Koby over the phone. He was very rude.
The hot tub and pool are disgusting. We walked in and instantly encountered an unclean smell. We walked over to the hot tub to see cloudy yellow water. The pool was a little cleaner, but not by much. Googled the condition of the water and was told NOT TO GO IN to avoid getting skin or respiratory infections. THAT IS TERRIBLE. We shouldn't have to worry about this when using the pool or hot tub. Be responsible and clean them!!!
