I live here. It has passed through a few hands and has changed a lot. I don't like the food much but that is mostly my diet issues than anything else. I am healthier now than I when I graduated. I will be leaving here soon so I have a little time to heal but if my mom needs somewhere to go, I would put her here.

My mother has been there for 2 years or more. They have had staffing problems with upper management off and on, but the care my mother receives has always been very good. She has been happy there so far.

Please if you care for your family members do not send them to this facility. The staff does not care. The nurses need to have their licenses taken away. The amount of neglect is ridiculous. The state needs to step in and shut the place down. For the amount it cost a month you would think it would be the best facility to send your family members to. BELLTOWER HEALTH & REHABILITATION CENTER NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE . Mismanaged - under staffed - alot of miscommunication between employees -. They cannot always guarantee getting your loved ones transportation to Dr. appointments . Response time to your call light is a absolute joke . Consider yourself lucky if someone gets to you sooner then 30 minutes . Had to question when my loved one was showered last because they stunk . Have witnessed 4 times now dinner trays not being passed out until 6:40pm to the residents who cant make it to or prefers not to ea... read more
