Where should I start ,first staff were rude and unprofessional and they lied about the continental breakfast and pool was down for maintenance, the grass was filled with feces the grass was not properly maintained the housekeeper yelled at my wife for turning outside faucet off to rinse our feet off before going in our room....that's the last time we stay there.!!
This place is very horrible 😭..The rooms are very nasty and outdated and the bathroom is also very nasty .The beds are comfortable and there is a beach and a very beautiful view to the Mackinaw bridge.Customer service was excellent. They said there was a pool outside and inside and we couldn't find neither one !I guess you have to go too all these other motels to get a pool or jacuzzi. We will never stay here again!
Just a place on the lake. We are very simple people. The water was nice and you could walk a long way out.
