I made an appointment to have my 63 Ford gone over and get an estimate on some other repairs I needed. I dropped it off on the day of my appointment, had to call three times to check on the progress only to find at the end of the day no one had even test drove it or spent anymore time on it than looking under the hood. I had to repeat what I wanted done to it and what I wanted them to look at 3 times.
