I ordered an arrangement through their website, to be delivered the next day. The shop called me to say that some of the flowers weren't available, and offered to either substitute or cancel the order. I said to go ahead with what was available, and they assured me that the arrangement would be beautiful. It was delivered early the next day and my friend was over the moon!
