I have been getting my eyebrows done here since Bella opened up her own studio and I will not go anywhere else. Bella is easy to talk to and has such a bubbly personality if I need to take off some hair off I can tell her in comfort she will shape them to my liking. I did an ombre powder with her. The pigments didn't work at the first session then I had to go back for another 3 hours session to try new pigments. I asked what if it doesn't work this time either and she said that she'll give me a complimentary touch up. I contacted her to make a touch up appointment a month after but she said I have to pay $250 for my touch up! She left me with unfinished patchy eyebrows. If you’re in the San Jose area and are looking for personalized eyebrow services Bella is your girl. I don’t normally write reviews but as a picky person with my eyebrows I highly recommend Bella. She never disappoints. I would not go anywhere else. She is always professional and loves what she does and it shows with her work.
