Seems like a change in hands really messed this place up!? I was double billed through ACH payments and they told me that I did it. I wouldn't have known how to do this nor would I. Instead of rectifying this they tried to give me credit for the month of July instead of putting the funds back in my account. Thankfully before the ACH payment cleared my bank, my bank was able to stop both payments. I do not recommend automatic withdrawal through this company. Bellport is the best property management company around! I was a tenant for five years and staff were always incredibly easy to work with from the leasing/management team to the maintenance department. Staff are very communicative and responsive to any concerns or questions and the maintenance staff are respectful and competent. Anyone would be lucky to live in a Bellport managed property!
In all honesty, I've never worked with a more professional and helpful property management company. A lot of their competition are slow to respond to repairs or even an email about one, tend to have rude customer service capabilities, and wouldn't go to the lengths that Bellport does for their tenants. I was skeptical when the previous owners sold, and it ended up in Bellports care, but after two lease terms with them, I can confidently say I was wrongfully skeptical.
