I've been a homeowner since 2002. I decided to sell and downsize into an apartment! After searching continuously for weeks on end, for an apartment that suited me and also accepted dogs, and had parking! Thankfully I met up with Owen, from Bellport Property Management and I got my new apartment, he made it very easy! Danielle, from their office, took me the rest of the way! Danielle In leasing is always very responsive and professional. Our apartment was newer and we never had any maintenance concerns. Would definitely rent from BellPort again!
We just moved into 28 Saco. Danielle, leasing manager, was a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and professional. Owen was outstanding getting us set up in the apartment and taking care of details with keys and such. Enjoying the apartment very much. It was a seamless process moving in.
Being in the military I've lived in a lot of places with a lot of different Leasing companies in the last 6 years. In my opinion, Bellport is one of the best. I wouldn't say that they went way out of their way/above and beyond in accommodations, but that's not their job. They did their job extremely well from my opinion, they were responsive, timely, understanding, and patient with their tenants.
