In all honesty, I've never worked with a more professional and helpful property management company. A lot of their competition are slow to respond to repairs or even an email about one, tend to have rude customer service capabilities, and wouldn't go to the lengths that Bellport does for their tenants. I was skeptical when the previous owners sold, and it ended up in Bellports care, but after two lease terms with them, I can confidently say I was wrongfully skeptical. A great company
I've been a homeowner since 2002. I decided to sell and downsize into an apartment! After searching continuously for weeks on end, for an apartment that suited me and also accepted dogs, and had parking! Thankfully I met up with Owen, from Bellport Property Management and I got my new apartment, he made it very easy! Danielle, from their office, took me the rest of the way!
