I went with Bellows because they were the installer for Costco. I received quotes from other companies but decided to go with them even though they were more expensive. I figured I was getting top notch service. I now regret my decision using Bellows. I planned to have my unit installed in the spring before the summer heat wave. After having my new air conditioning unit installed, it stopped working shortly after. The equipment was not at fault, but the installation in my attic was pooling water. This is a first-class operation. They pick up the phone, they communicate via messaging app. The proposal is full and complete. They get their permits efficiently. All the techs were very professional. They are pricey.

I am actually pretty shocked at my recent experience because I always believed that Bellows was responsive. They did work for us 2 years ago and we found out recently from the city that they failed to close the city permit for their work even though we paid in full. So they confirmed an inspection time with me over text but then never contacted me the night before to tell me the time. I texted and called in the morning so I could plan my work day, and after multiple texts and calls, they finally sent me an email hours later ... read more
