If I was just rating the install of our central air system and professionalism of Jamie, Antonio and Alvie it would be an easy 5 stars. They were great to work with and did really great work in the attic and all the work looks top notch. Unfortunately there was some damage done near the electrical runs for the system that resulted in a sizable 5” hole in garage stucco from interior through to exterior. Hanson did an excellent job installing both our new furnace and ac compressor! He took extra care not to hit anything and was extremely respectful of our belongings! The team of Jax and Carlos were so nice to work with. Great work ethic, dependable and friendly. They were on site 4.5 days to remove the original cast iron pipes from underneath the home and replace them with ABS pipes, re-secure the fixtures and install a sump pump that connects to the storm drain. Jax patiently and throughly answered all our questions. Highly recommend this company. Costs and time estimates both accurate. Thanks for making this project a success!
UPDATE 3/10/25: One of the 2 mini-splits (Mitsubishi) makes a continuous clicking sound. It’s Very annoying! It’s been going on for months. I’ve had Bellows out 3 times and basically been told “Nothing can be done about it” and to “Not focus on it.” For $14,000 I should not have to tolerate a defective, noisy device. Wish I could attach a video for proof. I got many bids and decided to go with Bellows! They’re professional, patient, helpful and very knowledgeable!
