I am a snowbird from Northern Colorado visiting Rancho Mirage for the winter.I purchased my hearing aids in Colorado about a year ago at a HearUSA office.i had a couple of issues with my hearing aids in California , which were fixed promptly by Mr. Saekan and his efficient assistant. I am happy that I purchased my hearing aids from HearUSA.
Dr Looper and staff are great and very thorough I'm thankful adn appreciate the care they have provided over this past year. Definitely the best I've ever received from any office.
Very abrupt and non- personable service and testing. When questions were asked, they had no response but to go see what your provider would cover. Not one ounce of humanity in this establishment. Gave two stars- because they at least seemed capable.
Have an appointment will wait to experience the Bellows Hearing Center.
