I got my nails done Twice by Kelsie(technically 3 times) She had to redo my first set right away because in her words “she hates working with chrome. The second set I got, the whole entire appointment seemed rushed after I just sat and waited for the appt before to finish (obviously she doesn’t schedule time for mistakes) The very next day my sunflower was chipping off. Went in wanting to blend my roots with the rest of my hair, already having light blonde hair, left with splotches of brown dye on the underside of my hair and she toned it to be grey. Website said it would take 2 hours, it took 3. Even with reference pictures did nothing close to what I asked for.
Kelsie is amazing! I have never had any issues with my nails! She always makes them better than I could even imagine! She hand paints all her designs 🖤. She is literally the sweetest girl around also! So easy to talk with and makes you feel right at home! 1000% would recommend her to anyone! Oh I should add I’m allergic to most all nail products and hers have been the best!
I got my nails done with Kelsie, and unfortunately, the results were bumpy, uneven, misshaped, and poorly designed. I specifically asked for an almond-shaped French manicure with chrome but what I received was completely different from the inspiration picture I showed her. When I addressed the issues, she refused a refund. Given the quality of the service, I personally would not recommend going here again.
