From the moment we called Bello Nail and Spa, the experience was nothing short of amazing. I followed up with the business and confirmed that clients are not asked to sign consent forms, despite the owner falsely claiming I did. Along with NO trimming and poor technique, this confirms my experience was not only unprofessional but also misleading. I also had to remove wax residue myself at home, so the claim that there was “no wax left” is simply false. Thank you for your response. However, professional waxing services include proper technique and aftercare guidance to prevent irritation and skin damage. The irritation and visible damage I noticed appeared within five minutes of leaving your salon, so it was clearly caused by the waxing process itself not by anything I did afterward. Thanks for the response, but I have to clarify a few things. I’ve been getting my legs waxed regularly always with long hair and no professional has ever said it’s an excuse to wax the same area multiple times or cause pain and patchiness. A trained esthetician would know how to trim the hair beforehand if needed and apply proper technique to avoid damaging the skin.
