appointments – I called to find out about the spa and the services and to make an appointment and was treated very rude on the phone the girl who answered acted like I was bothering her the call was made 5-12-09 at 1215 pm

Manicure and fill – Quality of service and work has gone downhill since taken over by a new owner in 5-07 One of my nails got a fungus infection. I questioned them, they told me it was nothing. I went to another place, and they were appalled at the condition of my nail.... I never went back to Bello Nail Salon in Edmond, OK.

bizarre owner – i went to this salon about 3 weeks ago for a pedicure and a fill. i was very happy with the fill (which was done by the owner) but politely told her that i didn't think the pedicure was very good. i called back today (3 weeks later) and rescheduled a "fill" appointment with the owner. 5 minutes later, she called back and told me she doesn't want to ever do my nails again because "i can't please you." i told her that she must have me confused with somone else, that i WAS happy with how she did my nails, that i... read more
