Same as all the other recent reviews. Zero stars if I could. In April I paid in full for the annual service package and scheduled my services all at once. They showed up for the opening but never showed for the mid season check in August. Called/Emailed and even reported them to the BBB who has had NO LUCK getting in contact with them. Just as others said.... Thieves. It is a shame too because they provided a great service for many years.

Edit to my initial review- I paid for the yearly service. They came out and did the opening but no one showed for the mid season. They do not respond to emails or calls. I am assuming they went out of business. They stole a few hundred dollars from us. Installed a full system front and back. Very easy company to work with. Reasonable pricing with high quality installation. I highly recommend.

Same problems as D. Bewley and others - signed up for an annual contract in the spring 2024. They came out and opened the system. Since then, nothing. Phone calls are unanswered and no one responds to email. Basically, took the money and ran. Highly disappointing after years of great service from Bello.
