Recently toured one of their newest builds and truly was blown away. Gorgeous home, beautiful finishes, and extremely welcoming management team! Highly recommend!
Strongly recommend AGAINST using Bello Custom Homes to build a house or to buy from them. I had a bad experience and I know several other people who bought brand new premium houses from Bello and had challenges after challenges to get warranty work done. We bought an almost $1MM family home, and the construction process and warranty work have been a struggle: * MONTHS OF CONSTRUCTION DELAYS that Bello tried to blame on us after they kept assuring us they had plenty of extra time to finish before closing date.
