DO NOT EVER MOVE HERE !! This apartment complex is not what they advertise. They charge entirely too much for rent for the things we deal with here. Pests like Mice and cockroaches roaming every day. They have maintenance issues but only have 2 workers to fix the problems. Our water heater has been leaking water over our entire kitchen floor and also leaked into the carpeted living room. as of March 2026, as a tenant, my central AC has been out since i moved in Nov 2025, my floor and walls are disconnected which I did not see in viewing because i did not get the same apartment i viewed, and my roof has been leaking since Dec 2025 as of the moment of writing this I have put in 3 maintenance requests, 2 of which have been labeled “completed” without anyone ever stepping foot in my apartment.

I been here since February 6th and building 8 breakers been going in and out since I been here.
Overall, I have no complaints. While the unit could benefit from some updates, Bellemont Victoria II is very affordable. It is typically quiet and peaceful. Maintenance responds promptly when I submit a request, and the office staff are pleasant and helpful. They were also able to move me in quickly. I would definitely recommend these apartments.
