Very smug people there that are very assuming and dismissive. Take your money elsewhere where you are treated like a person and not trash.

I have financed now 2 cars through Bellmeade and both times I was treated with respect and the whole process went very smoothly. They treat their customers very well and are a very understanding crew who really care for their customers and truly just like helping people out with easy and affordable financing. Definitely will finance my future 3rd car from them someday!!
Not a good experience. The only salesman there, Steve, was dismissive and unprofessional. When we made an offer based on the lower end of Kelly Blue Book’s valuation, he laughed at it. Meanwhile, his offer was at the higher end. He then claimed, “Kelly Blue Book doesn’t know what they’re talking about.” That’s an interesting take, considering valuing cars is literally what they specialize in.
