The apartment and price were great, but the customer service was terrible. We got bedbugs from the downstairs tenants, but the refused to do anything for months and then tried to keep our security deposit. Also, don't deal with Ali Tom because he is very shady and evasive.

I got exactly what I needed and one year later have reeped the benefits from this property.
Selling is not as easy as one would think. Another real estate appraised my house much less than Century 21 Block & Lot did. They showed me other houses that sold in my area that were much less desirable than mine was. Thanks Mike! Hope we do business again in the near future!
