I met with Justin this past weekend who buys pieces of jewelry at Bellmans. I was extremely pleased with his knowledge about different pieces of jewelry that I was selling and was very pleased with his offer especially since I felt I would be getting approximately 500.00 and was very surprised and pleased with his final offer which exceeded my expectations. I needed a place to shop for an engagement ring and didn’t want to go to the mall where I’d be rubbing elbows with people trying to get the attention of a jeweler. After seeing Bellman’s amazing reviews, I decided to take a ride up there. I dealt with Alex, the store manager, and couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. Best customer service I've ever had. Beautiful work, and done amazingly fast
Lost my second diamond (third if you count the first one that fell out that was replaced before falling out again) from my engagement ring. Thought this would be a lasting piece from a local store, but it isn’t. The first time I tried replacing, they tried charging me (this was before my first anniversary). Don’t even feel like trying to fight for replacements again.
