Sadly this review is regarding the company and their poor customer service, not the product. I had ordered the black preserved roses, and received red. I sent an email notifying them that they were the incorrect color, and was told there was nothing they could do for me other than ship replacements. Unfortunately I didn't have time to wait for the replacements and asked for a refund. The company sent me a screenshot of the order they had originally shipped, which didn't indicate a color. Great quality roses, mostly from Ecuador and Columbia. They are fast with deliveries and have many colors. The only con is they don't have a physical store to shop they have only a warehouse from where they prepare and ship all orders. The good thing is they will send you a photo of any rose you want to see.
