Gel nails chipped in less than a week, the owner was on the phone setting up their landline while helping a customer and left her sitting for 20+ minutes without telling her. Booked online exactly what I was getting and they told me in person it would be $10 more to remove what I had one. Large price increase from previous owners, and inappropriate and vulgar music playing for a nail salon.
Ever since Wendy took over this salon, the service i’ve gotten here has been beyond expectations! A lot of salons can’t do 3D art/ certain designs, but this salon can. Amazing!!! Will never go anywhere else. I do builder gel.
My roommate and I have been coming here regularly for pedicures, gel manicures, etc., and they’ve always done a decent job. Unfortunately, they recently increased their prices again after already raising them just a few months ago, and we just can’t justify spending that much anymore. There are other places in the area charging significantly less for the same services, so unfortunately we’ll have to switch. My nail tech moved from her previous nail shop and quite frankly, wherever she goes, I will too! I’ve been going to Wendy for 5+ years. She does amazing, efficient work, and I always get complimented on my nails. This new place is cute and cozy; just how I like it and Wendy is a treasure! ❤️
