When choosing a listing agent you want one who will seal the deal and not waste your time - Chris marketed a house that was not a good fit, Lieing/misrepresented the covenants of the property and cost the buyers hundreds of dollars as well as having the house off the market for multiple weeks. Chris has sold this same property multiple times, you have lots of great agents in the area - choose carefully.
Chris Calicchia facilitated the sale of our home and did a fantastic job. He offered excellent advice in prepping our home, utilized a high quality photographer and was communicable and available when we needed him. We had several strong offers within days of listing, and he was exceptionally helpful in navigating a smooth sale. He was on the ball with all the details and deadlines involved in our deal.
