Although Amy did a spectacular job in the cake presentation, the cake itself was very disappointing. I requested a red velvet cake, which I myself have made before so I thought that this cake would far surpass mine, but in essence, we all agreed that the cake came from a box. I feel I overpaid for a cake that should have come from a professional, not a box.
