RecommendedWe found this lovely place by googling "italian restaurants in fairfax." We arrived, six of us, without a reservation. Everyone was very friendly and immediately set to work figuring out where they could put us, with the evening reservations coming in. We didn't even have to wait. I took my then-girlfriend here to propose. She had been to Italy a few times, and was very particular about her Italian food. The meal was fantastic, the atmosphere and service was excellent, and she said yes! She's now my wife and she still raves about the food almost a year later.
Very cute, small restaurant, elegantly appointed but most importantly... very good meals. Husband had a seafood pasta dish he drooled over, with the largest mussels he has ever seen & I had a straight pasta dish that was delicious. Fresh, hot bread with oil & Parmesan on your side. Decent wine � list & excellent desserts. Very good service topped it all. Pricey but not too pricey. Wonderful place to have a cozy meal with your loved one.
