I have gone there for massages several times. I have done all kinds of massages for years so I am quite critical. I like my massage therapist Heily. She is quite good, and the massages I received were relaxing while rejuvenating for my body.
The manager would not honor the Groupon after it states that it can be repurchased after 60 days. I mentioned to her after coming in that I spoke with the other representative that she had ok it, she still refused to accept it and would not honor any Groupons after that.
If I could give zero stars I would! Do not use this business. I had bought a massage for my birthday. They had called two days before to reschedule my appointment on a day that they weren’t even open.
Relaxing and peaceful Swedish massage. Hailey was very nice and experienced. I went in with neck and lower back pain, and she was able to work through the tensions. Her technique was very skilled and meticulous. I feel so much better and relaxed. Very clean spa and open natural light. I ended up purchasing a session of 5 at a reasonable price. Highly recommend spa in Vienna.
