The manager or owner of this place real disrespectful in talking to people I was just 5 minutes late even tho I called to ask if I can come in She said someone with appointments is coming and there was only one person getting their feet done idk if it’s the laziness of people but there was 3 workers and one client only so I don’t know what was the problem with me getting my feet done If 2 other workers are available. Don’t recommend coming to this place
A staff who did my nails accidentally cut too deep on my cuticle and it was hurt and bleed, she seemed didn’t care much and didn’t say sorry until I told her that it hurts. She didn’t even clean my wound with alcohol or anything, still kept do my nails with rushing (no other customers there). A gel wasn’t dry enough but she kept layering so my nails look rough and were too thick. I have to ask her to re-do 2 fingers since it was so ugly. She acted like she didn’t understand what I want (obviously she only speaks Spanish), I ... read more
