Terrible customer service....BEWARE! On numerous occasions I have booked an appt for my daughter to have her eyebrows waxed at Bellisima. I cannot tell you how many times we have showed up for her appt and been kept waiting over 30 minutes for a wax!! I always end up leaving after 30 minutes of waiting and swearing I will never go back. As time passes, I always forget about the last incident and go back after 6 months or so. Well, guess what? Day of Beauty Aaaaah! What a wonderful day I spent there for my "day of beauty". Massage (full body), facial, eyebrows, waxing, and a good skin sloughing. They even served me a delicious salad for lunch. I can't afford to do this every day, but once a year maybe --- I'll dream until the next appointment.....
wonderful hair experience Bellisima is a wonderful place to get your salon needs taken care of. The staff is so friendly and talkative. You can get everything you need taken care of here. It is a little expensive, but well worth it. Maria is who has done my hair and I am totally impressed.
Great services/Greater prices I have spent many unsavory occasions in and have spent thousands on so-called spas and salons in the pasadena/los angeles area. Dishonest owner I contacted the owner of this salon asking for a donation of a manicure to a non-profit group. She was so nice and agreed to the donation. When I contacted her later, she hemmed and hawed and complained about people calling her all the time for handouts. She ended up not donating which I thought wasn't very nice after she had promised to.
Maria IS the BEST!!! Maria is the BEST!!!!â - â - Today I went to Maria and had my hair colored and cut the other day, and I was sooo pleased!. Maria is amazingly talented but also patient and caring. She really listens to your concerns about your hair and is able to produce exactly what you want. I've found my salon!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON I have been going to Bellisima Salon for over three years now, and I love this place and its "personality. That's because Maria -- the owner, stylist and esthetician is an all-around wonderful person. She is warm and caring so the ambiance of the salon feels that way as well. Bellisima Salon & Day Spa is Out of This World! What a wonderful salon and staff. It's my one stop for all of my (and families) beauty care needs. James does a fantastic job with all of hair cuts and my hair color. My hair has never been so healthy and I try to color it every three to four weeks. I'll never let anyone else do our hair again.
