Extremely unprofessional staff. It’s clear the owner doesn’t care about bad reviews and how she treats other people whether a client or not. She is still representing her business. I was harassed by Marissa on two platforms and brought it to the businesses attention. They clearly don’t care, on how they are represented or how their employees treat others. *UPDATE*: The salon is now trying to charge me $200. I’ve had to block their texts. I would steer clear of this place. They seem to make more $ scamming people with their “cancellation policy” than they do performing services (see other 1 star reviews). I spent some time here as an Extern when I was in Beauty School and was turned off by the unprofessional, money-grubbing attitude of the mgmt/ownership. Due to that. First time coming here and I will for sure be coming back! I went and had the best facial of my life with Mars. Mars is an absolute gem. She is super sweet, made me feel so comfortable and is fantastic at what she does. Thank you for a relaxing day Mars!
Lauren was amazing! She is kind, patient and knowledgeable. Love my color! Kiana, the receptionist is delightful! The salon is inviting, clean, well lit, & nicely decorated. Highly recommend!
So… you do a poor job getting even tone, then expect the customer to pay for you to fix it? This is poor management. #avoid
