This was my first time at the salon and it was a last minute appointment. I saw Celene and gave her a rough draft of what I was thinking for my hair. I came out with the best haircut I’ve had in a while, I absolutely love my hair and she executed it perfectly. She made sure to check in as she was cutting to make sure I liked what she was doing. It was overall the best experience.

I cannot believe they're going to charge me for canceling due to being sick. I'm at home with a fever and I didn't want to take the chance of getting anyone in the salon sick. I would understand if I simply canceled for other reasons. Not good customer service when this is out of my control. I will not be a returning client. I'll find another salon.

Extremely unprofessional staff. It’s clear the owner doesn’t care about bad reviews and how she treats other people whether a client or not. She is still representing her business. I was harassed by Marissa on two platforms and brought it to the businesses attention. They clearly don’t care, on how they are represented or how their employees treat others. *UPDATE*: The salon is now trying to charge me $200. I’ve had to block their texts. I would steer clear of this place. They seem to make more $ scamming people with their “cancellation policy” than they do performing services (see other 1 star reviews).
