CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK!!! – I recently had the best experience ever during my facial at Bellini's. I've been to many other spas as I travel often for my job. Even spent years living on the East Coast and nothing compares to the care I received at Bellini's. I do not recommend Bellini's Spa – I bought 2 Groupons for Bellini's for my daughter and I to do together. It took us several tries to get an appointment and after finally succeeding with a 5 week wait we looked forward to our mother-daughter spa day. I don't live in Portland so had to drive there on the Friday before our Saturday appt. On Friday evening they called to cancel us. I dont recommend this spa – I dont like to bash places but I did want to say that I wouldnt recommend this spa. My service started 10 min late and ended 15 min early, I was freezing cold and was left alone in the room for over 15 min while my mask was on. Usually I would get a scalp massage or something while it was setting up but no such luck. I was disappointed :(

I love Bellinis and I miss it desperately! – Sonja's facials are the best facials I've ever had. I do everything I can to keep my skin in good shape and when I was recommended to Bellinis a few years ago I never looked back. My skin really improved and there is a lot of care and thought to what products they use on your face, all really high quality, and individual. The worst experience I never had! – When I was was going through my cancer treatment, my mom got me a gift card to Bellini after successfully completing my treatment, (yay for me!) I had certificates for 2 massages, when I tried to use the massages, I asked the receptionist if I could use them back to back. Horrible Experience – I had a bad experience at Bellini's. My masseuse was in a really bad mood I guess, because when I tried to talk to her she snapped at me and she acted quite unpleasant toward me the entire time. Her mood made it impossible to relax. At the end the staff tried really hard to sell me other products, and I felt kind of forced against my will. I just wanted to relax! I'll never go again. The bad parking was also trouble.

Best facials around – Not only did the facial feel great, but I really felt like my skin was improved when I left. I added one of the peels and my skin was so smooth and soft feeling. I've had many facials but this one ranks right up there with the best I've had. My friend turned me on to this place and I will definitely be returning.

Great Massage! – My mom bought me a gift certificate to Bellini's. It was my first time and I just had a pregnancy massage in my 9th month of pregnancy. I haven't felt that good in a long time. Aimee was able to make me forget I was pregnant for a brief amount of time. I will be back!!
