User review by cathron256 – Have gone to Bellini's a few times, and it's always been a great experience. I've only utilized their waxing services, and it's always gone really well. My only complaint would be it doesn't seem like they put a fresh towel on the table in-between clients.

We are very health-conscious at Bellini's. The washing machine is ALWAYS running. So, although you may have come in contact with one of our older towels, it is certain to be fresh for you-- it just looked a little worse for the wear. BUT we have taken your observation into account and our new towels have arrived! Thank you for the feedback!
Wonderful Deep Tissue Massage – I was given a gift certificate to this spa per my request. The price is a little steep for a massage, at least compared to where I come from. However, I did feel like I was given top notch treatment for a full hour and the atmosphere was calm and clean. Can't wait for the next holiday as an excuse to get another gift certificate!

Best deep tissue massage ever! – I haven't used the other services, but there's a guy there - can't remember his name - he's only there on Fridays, that gives the best deep tissue massage ever! Someone bought me a gift certificate and I just happened to book him, and I haven't gone back to any other masseuse since. He was great about asking how much pressure to use, very professional, incorporated some stretches into the massage - I walked out of there feeling like I had a new back and neck. Highly recommended!

Disappointment All Around – I really wanted to like this spa. Both times I tried it I went for a microdermabrasion, a treatment that I had experienced great success in San Francisco. Unfortunately, the woman doing my microdermabrasion at Bellin's just didn't seem trained to use the machine. Rather than sucking up the crystals, they spilled out onto my face so that she was constantly brushing them off into my ears. We are very sorry to hear about your experiences. We always encourage our clients to inform us ASAP about any dissatisfaction so that we can try and correct the situation. We have had our Microdermabrasion machine repaired since then and hopefully, this will never happen again.
Expert Care – Staff was extremely knowledgable and made good product recommendations for my skin. I saw noticable improvements in my skin in a reasonably short period of time. Spa was recently renovated and has a clean, modern feeling to it. Specialty treatments such as lightwave are also a big plus.

If you want beautiful skin, go to Bellini's – After having sub-par experiences at other spas, I didn't buy into the whole "facial" thing. I never saw the results I craved and figured I could wash and mask my face just as well as anyone. I was in the market for a good wax and heard from several sources that Bellini's did a fantastic TRUE brazillian. THEY WERE RIGHT. Great results – The quality of the services is number one. I have had many spa services and feel that Bellini's products and staff are some of the best I have ever had. My skin looks fantastic. The atmosphere was great in their newly renovated spa. I f you want results this is the best place in town.

My skin permanently transformed after having only one treatment by Sonia Bellini (the owner) and using even just the bare essentials of product given to me by her. DO NOT GO! – Should've read the reviews before going. Organic products were used for the facial & high-freq was used to reduce redness at the end. My face looked okay so I bought the sensitive skin products recommended. However a couple hours later, my face broke out in blotches of redness/bumps/burning sensations.
