Amazing Customer Service – After having shopped at USA Baby, Babies R Us, Pottery Barn Kid, and several baby boutiques, I decided to give Bellini a try. I cannot rave enough about the customer service and the kindness we received in store. They helped us pick out our furniture (never pressured to purchased), and helped us to find coordinating pieces to decorate. Great quality at affordable prices – I had to write to speak up about the fabulous experience I've had with Bellini. I shopped all over Charlotte, and on line through all the major retailers for decent affordable crib bedding, with no luck. I was so thrilled to find out that at Bellini, you can select the fabrics you want to use from hundreds of choices and even design your own bedding. Horrible customer service – Very rude! I am trying to compare the Stokke and Svan high chairs and called around to find both in Charlotte. I was told on the phone that Bellini had a Stokke on the floor. When I arrived at the store I had to hunt someone down to talk to, was told - very rudely - that they did not have the high chair on the floor and that I could look at a brochure.
