If you’re looking to file a claim here, I’d suggest someone else. I filed here but had already felt like the process wasn’t being taken seriously. They didn’t save my phone number and didn’t remember my name even. I did ask if filing claims was there main job and was told it was. I just didn’t feel like the claims guy was taking it seriously and I was right. I received a letter in the mail noting that a claim had been submitted but wrongfully submitted and it was denied before it even got started. The wrong form was used. Do... read more

Excellent vet center, kind and caring Veteran staff. Provides counseling/therapy for veterans.

They laughed at me also. I went in to find out what was wrong with my paper work and they kicked me out instead of doing their jobs. I had to call the mayors office for help and found out it was the VSO who messed up. He refused to take any responsibility and said, "You are the first this has happened to." And that was it. He refused to call the VA who told me he had messed up. Do not let these guys gaslight you. They are the problem but refuse to fix themselves. They should be shut down they are just collecting a paycheck.
