I have dual insurance, and I’m not sure if either policy was billed prior to receiving a collections notice for $439.31. The business is “temporarily closed” making it difficult to dispute any discrepancies.. but yeah, I was given a rapid strep test. I felt completely dismissed despite expressing I was in pain and I was concerned. They were kind but didn't take me back or even examine the problem area or take my temperature. I just felt like my pain and concern weren't taken seriously. I hope they were right and it's nothing, but being invalidated about what I was experiencing, especially while in pain, is a very upsetting experience.
Staff is amazing and kind!! I felt like they really listened to me and didn't rush me out of the room! Love this place !
