I have been a patient of Dr Chowdhry for quite a few years now he is a very wonderful doctor, very thorough , Caring, and a very knowledgeable physician. I feel very comfortable when I go to visit him. It is good to have a wonderful patient physician relationship. I have to say he has always been there to help me get through Any situations. If I could give zero stars I would. The front desk staff is TERRIBLE. I was on hold for 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer. Someone picked up and said, "Please hold." And I said, "Wait! I've been on hold for 10 minutes already, I need to speak with someone." The response: "I'm putting you on hold." Another 10 minutes go by, same results -- someone answered, but said I had to go back on hold. Finally, after being on hold for 30 minutes, someone had the decency to speak with me.
