Wonderful time at Bellingham Travelodge. THANKS! – I had a wonderful time in Bellingham, and enjoyed myself immensely. The experience was great, and it seems like Travelodge has really changed, based on earlier reviews. The carpets were brand new, the place was clean, I had a microwave, fridge, and T.V., and the pool was fun!

Clean, Inexpensive, basic room for good deal – I found this place quiet, clean, and more than adequate for a quick 2-night stay. If you want clean, inexpensive, basic rooms, I think this place will do just fine. It is older, a bit worn in some things but otherwise I'd stay again. Restuarants nearby or just a quick drive to downtown Bellingham to find upscale brew pubs near the University. About 1-1/2 hours to Mt Baker ski resort.

Small, but comfortable and reasonable. – I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay, and at a rate of $54 per night, the value was quite good. The rooms were clean, the staff helpful, and the place was quite. I would definitely recommend this hotel, even though weekend prices in the summer seem to be higher.

Best price to stay – It was the best priced place I could find in Bellingham, but somehow I think it would have been worth spending the extra $75 somewhere else. The sign out front said it was remodeled, but I don't see where. The bathroom sink was not draining well at all. It did have a tiny swimming pool...hottub..sauna. I didn't use any of those so I can't really comment on that part. It wasn't too noisy I suppose. Would I stay there again? Probably not. If you are very conscious about your money, this is probably the pla... read more

needs updating – Spent a night here on the way to Mount Baker. It was...grimy. The bedding was stained, though the sheets seemed reasonably clean. The toilet seat was cracked, the shower water came out brown at first, the shower had one of those plastic mats stuck to the bottom. I wondered if they ever picked it up to clean under it, because the in-room coffee tray on the bathroom counter had spilled coffee peeking out from under it, and I also found an alien hair. Need to step up the room cleaning. The sign out front said "... read more
