I had a 10pm appointment and made it there at 330 and I was out of there by 6. They are really nice people. Sometimes it may take long to get in the dock but once they start on you they move quick. I was only in the dock for 40 min.

Seams like every time I go there it takes twice as long to get loaded then other places. . Maybe I get rookie loaders? But all the staff there are nice.
