They were on time for my appointment and very efficient. The gal I scheduled my next appointment with was a gem. Very happy with Bellingham Bay!
Came to Dr Kim for second opinion after having a 3 yr experience with a different Ophthalmologist who would not give me an explanation of why I needed 4 new Glasses RX IN 2 years. He was seeing me every 6 mo but could not get any info even when I asked directly. Dr Kim knew right away after detailed exam!! I needed new lenses due to cataracts. Not going back. I have seen Dr. Kim a total of three times. He was extremely rude at each visit, and any time I even attempted to share my medical history related to my eyes. He has no interest whatsoever in listening to his patients and is dismissive, and openly smirks with contempt if you even try to communicate, ask questions or discuss any concerns. I’ve been a patient here for far too long - got transferred when the doc I liked retired. Dr. Kim is always late, never knowledges or apologizes for that. He speaks to me as if I’m a particularly slow witted 5 year old - he’s arrogant beyond belief. Tonight I was kept waiting for over an hour, with no doc in sight, and no timeline offered for when he might be.
