I’ve been a patient here for far too long - got transferred when the doc I liked retired. Dr. Kim is always late, never knowledges or apologizes for that. He speaks to me as if I’m a particularly slow witted 5 year old - he’s arrogant beyond belief. Tonight I was kept waiting for over an hour, with no doc in sight, and no timeline offered for when he might be. I was referred to Dr Kim by my provider at Unity Care. He has been nothing short of a Jerk for every interaction. And even to stoop to acusing me of using up or should I say, and I quote, "You sure are racking up a lot of medical bills."

The only thing they did right here was fax my patient information to my new doctor. Dr Kim didn’t know what was wrong with my eye for a YEAR. He kept prescribing eye drops and every 2 months I’d come in and he’d say the same thing “I don’t really know what’s going on but let’s try this” and then prescribe me the same prescription 6 times. I finally went to a different doctor and within ONE APPOINTMENT, told me what was wrong and how to help it. I don’t suggest going here if you don’t know what’s wrong with your eyes.

I was referred to Dr Kim by my provider at Unity Care. He has been nothing short of a Jerk for every interaction.
