The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The assistants were friendly, but professional, compassionate and put me at my ease. Dr Kim was professional, shared all the details of my exam and explained thoroughly the results. All my questions were answered and I never felt rushed. The on-going care plan was clear to me.
I give Dr Kim an “F” grade. He’s arrogant, dismissive and behaves punitively. For these reasons I am contacting my insurance, Aetna, and the governing/licensing board in Olympia. I thought my first visit a few years ago was just an off day, but after this most recent exam, interaction and incorrect prescription, it definitely wasn’t a bad day…it’s how he behaves. Not for me!
If you are Hispanic, never go to this place; the receptionist—an older woman—will ignore you and leave you waiting for up to an hour, while greeting white-skinned people with a completely different expression and attitude.
