Don’t send your WWU students here!!! My daughter who went to the dentist on her own was not told that she was going to an “Out of Network” dentist and that the routine cleaning and XRays which are free, was sent a bill for $330!!! Fair warning but this office has no ethics!!!
I’ve been a patient at Bellingham Bay for 20+ years. The staff are all terrific, especially Michelle. I actually like to go to the dentist!
Insured patients, be careful here. Confirm in writing that this office is in-network with YOUR specific plan before any treatment. Insurance info was provided on their intake form, and the out-of-network status was never made clear. After paperwork was signed and several procedures were done, the bill was huge because the office is out-of-network and insurance covered almost nothing. I am retired and have used more than a few dentists in my lifetime. After three visits to Bellingham Dental, they became my all-time favorite—great staff- friendly and competent. Dr. Julia is highly skilled and super nice. I highly recommend them.
The dentist and all the staff are top notch. Professional and personal. The hygienist Michele is especially thorough, conscientious, and attentive to my needs. The new dentist Julia gave me a very thorough exam. I have gone to Bellingham Bay Dental for 30 years or more and wouldn’t go anywhere else for dentistry!
