We dropped off my husband’s wedding band on 8/4/23 to be resized and re-engraved after surgery. We were quoted 30 days as completion date and were given an estimate that included engraving. After 45 days we cotacted the business and was told they were still working on it. Come in on thursday of that week after 10 AM and it will be done. We did as told and the jeweler (Dale) looked for it in the drawer and then said “Oh, I’m still working on that can you come back later”. We said just call is when done. Moved to Sussex County on a permanent basis in 2010. Bellingers has been my jeweler of choice since then for purchases, repairs, consultations. They provide excellent service, are knowledgeable, courteous & friendly. Thank you Bellingers! Janet L Holsten-Roca 7/23/2021

This business is not favorable to service the public. They appear to be favorable when you enter the store, but if there is a problem with your merchandise you cannot return it. At least, there should be a 30 day return policy in place.

Not highly recommended- Not my favorite business in Rehoboth, Delaware. Did not get good service/ this business appears to be good, but they are not! Be aware!

I am extremely disappointed because the service I have received from Bellinger's Jewelers was unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this store, there are better jewelry stores in the area.

I am a successful business woman. My purchase at this store was a nightmare. The merchandise was defective at the time of purchase. The owner was notified within five days, he was reluctant to refund my money. For several months, he had in his possession the money and merchandise. That is double dipping! Unfortunately, I had to take him to court to retrieve my merchandise.This is not a good practice for a business since #1 priority is customer satisfaction. BEWARE!!!!!
