Excellent customer service - highly recommend!
Been sending beef here for a bit now. Approximately 5 whole beefs. The cuts come back excellent, they USDA certify and their communication has been top notch. After reading some of the 1 star reviews, I feel its necessary to give them my 5 star because I understand how businesses can go through growing pains, ownership changes and employee issues. While I cannot argue that the price is excellent I have to say I am NOT happy with the cut. I asked for their standard 3/4 in thickness for our steaks however they are only 1/2 in at best. This is NOT ok!
