I have now joined the long list of people who have tried to call and resolve and issue only to spend long periods of time on hold. I was told by my insurance carrier that an appointment I recently had would be 100% covered. Now I am being billed an extra amount. Trying to call the travel clinic and no one there knows how to transfer. They give me wrong numbers to reach the travel clinic, then when I call back I spend 20 minutes on hold BEFORE THEY HANG UP ON ME. Then I have to call back again. I have spent OVER AN HOUR trying to reach the travel clinic today! Why don't you put the direct phone number on your website??? Or answer your phones???
I love it. I can get me and my son in at the same time usually.
