Ive had labs and Visits here the team is great. Danielle is wonderful and highly recommend.
I called today to set up an appointment for a physical. Michelle answered the phone. She was very unprofessional and clearly doesn't belong answering the phone. She didn't know if they were open or closed on holidays. She gave me a date of July 4, then put me on a long hold then changed the appointment to July 13 then July 20th within seconds in the same sentence. She seemed lost and needs better training.
