My mom recently switched doctors to Doctor Hoffman at the Bellin Clinic in Manitowoc. He was amazing! He took time to completely look at her chart, talked with her about her health goals, and completely explained her health options. He took so much time with her and was patient and kind. I can't remember the last time anyone was so invested in my mom's health. A five star rating is not high enough for the exceptional care and professional manner of the entire staff including PA-C Tammi Gags and RN Kelly.
Terrible establishment they hardly ever answer the phone
Bellin health has Great Quality of care. I came back after a horrible experience Aurora & my Dr getting fired at Holy family.
