Dr. Biernat is great to work with and has absolutely wonderful bedside manner. Unfortunately, there are a few staff members, especially a customer service rep named Mia, who seem to be miserable. No eye contact as patients arrive, sat talking for more than 15 minutes with someone and then proceeded to snack at the front desk while the other lady checked everyone in. Minimal communication and very siloed from one department to the next.
If you want speech thearpy forget it find it elsewhere. Scheduling is condescending. It does nothing for anyone. My son has been in speech thearpy for YEARS. Questioning why I want my son in speech like he doesn't need the service doesn't do ANYTHING for your business. I just need an appointment, but I will be taking my business elsewhere. Also when a patient calls and tells you they are a new patient you don't have to be rude. She looked my son up and found NO ONE.
