I initially wrote a positive review for this provider but no longer go here for primary care due to my experiences with Ashley Callaway. Despite my repeated pleas for help with increased chronic pain, she refused my request for an endocrinologist referral. Lab results indicated abnormalities, but she dismissed them. After switching to another provider, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and received the care I needed.
