I had a terrible experience with my hair. The stylist, I believe didn't rinse out the bleach all the way from my hair when I had highlights done. When I was on my way home from the first appointment, I could feel the back of my hair was coated with what I believe to be, bleach residue. I had to wash my hair when I got home, even though the stylist curled my hair and styled it. Incredible customer service and professional work. I often joke that I’d rather go to the dentist and get a tooth drilled without Novocain than get a haircut but Tracy has changed that for me . She is amazing!
