Currently renting and I could not have asked for a more private, respected, peaceful neighborhood and landlord. A family dedicated to ensuring you’re comfortable and any needs met, within reason. Price can’t get any better.
Rented my 1st apartment/townhouse from here. Very friendly and family operated. Prices were great for the area.
Currently renting from here and it's been great so far. The family running the office is great and always quick to do any repairs without any questions. They allowed us to bring a cat into the townhouse which now is VERY few and far in between for rental properties. Rent is also a solid $100 less than other townhouses in the area
